About John Goldener

Dr. John F. Goldener leverages 30 years of professional medical and business experience toward his current role as President of Goldener Executive Search Associates. Founded by John Goldener in 2003, Goldener Executive Search Associates endeavors to search out and place qualified individuals in positions that befit their professional experience. John Goldener began his career in retained executive search in 2000, when he left clinical practice to work in several small boutique search firms where he made a number of important placements on an international level.

 

Currently, John Goldener maintains a network of hundreds of medical and business professionals in the United States and Europe. An expert in placing executives into areas such as Oncology, Infectious Disease, Hematology, Experimental Medicine, Toxicology, and Medical Affairs, John Goldener has placed executives at many levels from Assistant Directors to Executive Vice Presidents. John Goldener is a member in good standing of numerous medical organizations, including the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology, Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, American Pain Society, Drug Information Association, and the American Academy of Neurology.

 

John Goldener laid the foundation for his professional success while attending classes at Georgetown College. A dedicated student, John Goldener maintained an "A" average while working 30 hours a week. After graduating with his B.S. in Biology in 1970, John Goldener commenced medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. John Goldener earned his M.D. in 1974 and was awarded the Boyden Trust Scholarship for his outstanding educational achievements. Most recently, John Goldener earned his Master of Medical Management from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

 

A resident of Pennsylvania, John Goldener enjoys a wide range of activities in his spare time, including cooking and writing. John also enjoys reading such books as "Hero with a Thousand Faces," "The Discoverers," and "Guns, Germs, and Steel."
